NECA Foundation’s Site Office to Head Office is a training program designed specifically for the electrical industry, to assist the progression of trade-based staff through to business leadership roles.

The program will be held over a period of four weeks, with two overnight training retreats. The course aims to provide a pathway for talented people to find lifetime careers, financial reward, and succession planning in their contracting business.

WHAT IS THE NECA FOUNDATION?

NECA Foundation was established in the late 1990s by a group of NECA members and our Group Training Organisation, NECA Electrical Apprenticeships (formerly NECA Group Training) and the generous industry wholesalers and manufacturers. It was set up to encourage the next generation of our industry to further their education. In 2016 the Foundation was incorporated and acquired Charity and Not-for-Profit status, with both the ACNC and ATO, and NECA as the Foundation’s sole member. All future donations will receive a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status, and donors can be assured that their donations are used on scholarships according to the rules of the fund.
